Privacy notice
This page explains how People-led ApS collects and processes personal data when you visit people-led.com / people-led.dk or get in touch through the contact form.
Data controller
People-led ApS (CVR 44135213) is the data controller. You can reach us at contact@people-led.dk.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email, and any phone number, company name and message you choose to provide. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to arrange a coaching conversation.
Lawful basis
Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). Coaching notes, when a coaching engagement begins, are processed to fulfil our agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b)) and are treated as strictly confidential.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless they form part of an active client engagement. Coaching records are kept for as long as the engagement requires and for any period required by Danish bookkeeping law.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted processors to host the website and deliver email. Data may be stored within the EU/EEA or with providers offering equivalent protection.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Only strictly necessary technical requests are made to load the page.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@people-led.dk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
