Team coaching for companies — autumn 2026

In autumn 2026, People-led offers companies the opportunity to participate in a team coaching process as part of continued training in Team Coaching & Leadership at MindJuice Academy. The process is relevant for teams that want to work more consciously with collaboration, values, communication, shared goals, and the way the team creates results together.

What can the team gain from the process?

  • new insights into how the team can work more effectively and with greater satisfaction

Choose between 3 or 5 sessions

Option A

3 sessions — focused team process

  • Team Charter — the team's shared values and working agreements
  • Vision and mission — shared direction for the team's work
  • Coaching on a concrete goal — new insights and more effective progress

Option B

5 sessions — extended team process

  • The Four Agreements — a shared language for accountability and communication
  • The Enneagram or The Five Dysfunctions of a Team — insight into team dynamics
  • Team Charter — shared values and working agreements
  • Vision and mission — shared direction
  • Coaching on a concrete goal — working with an important goal or challenge

The process is agreed in close dialogue with the team lead. Before each session, a short expectation alignment takes place, and after each session there is an evaluation to adjust the process to the team's needs. All conversations are treated confidentially. The team must consist of at least 3 participants plus the team leader. Sessions can take place during the day or in the evening and will be completed between 21 September and 24 November 2026.

Behind People-led is an experienced profile from the IT industry with many years of experience in leadership, software, SaaS, AI, and organisational change. This background in complex technology environments means that clients and companies do not need to spend a long time explaining the context. At the same time, the coaching space remains safe, professional, and confidential.

Educated as a transformative coach from MindJuice Academy through an ICF Level 2-accredited coach education. Currently continuing training in Team Coaching & Leadership at MindJuice Academy.
