Individual coaching is for you when you sense that something needs to shift, but the next step is not yet clear. It may be about leadership, career, responsibility, pressure or the way you meet yourself in change. In the conversations, we explore what is going on beneath the surface, so you can understand your patterns, reconnect with what matters and choose your next step with more clarity and calm.

Autumn 2026 opportunity

Team coaching for companies in autumn 2026

In autumn 2026, People-led offers companies the opportunity to take part in a team coaching process as part of continued training in MindJuice Mastereducation at MindJuice Academy. The process is for teams that want to work more consciously with collaboration, values, communication, shared goals and the way the team creates results together.

  • New insights into how the team can work more effectively and with greater satisfaction

Choose between 3 or 5 sessions

Option A

3 sessions for a focused team process

  • Team Charter: the team's shared values and working agreements
  • Vision and mission: shared direction for the team's work
  • Coaching on a concrete goal: new insights and more effective progress

Option B

5 sessions for an extended team process

  • The Four Agreements: a shared language for accountability and communication
  • The Enneagram or The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: insight into team dynamics
  • Team Charter: shared values and working agreements
  • Vision and mission: shared direction
  • Coaching on a concrete goal: working with an important goal or challenge

The process is agreed in close dialogue with the team lead. Before each session, we align expectations briefly, and after each session there is an evaluation so the process can be adjusted to the team's needs. All conversations are confidential. The team must consist of at least 3 participants plus the team leader. Sessions can take place during the day or in the evening and must take place between 21 September and 24 November 2026.

About Steen

My name is Steen Andersen. I created People-led from a belief that sustainable change starts with people.

After many years in technology leadership, Software Development, SaaS, AI and organisational change, I have seen how often progress depends on something deeper than strategy, structure and technical decisions. It depends on clarity, trust, courage and the quality of the conversations we are willing to have.

Today, I combine transformative coaching with practical experience from complex technology environments. That means I understand the reality many leaders, specialists and teams work in, while still holding a confidential coaching space where your own insight and direction remain at the centre. Educated as a transformative coach at MindJuice Academy through an ICF Level 2 accredited coach education. Currently continuing training in MindJuice Mastereducation at MindJuice Academy.
